Is innovation really accelerating? A sourced look at how fast technology reached people from 1926 to 2026, with measured trends in AI, chips, genomics, solar, space and electric cars.
It feels like innovation/change is increasing at a breakneck speed these days. I was wondering... how does the current pace compare to the last 10, 20, or 100 years? I pulled together some of our biggest milestones as humans and created a light visualization tool to explore it.
