Upload blood test PDFs, track lab results over time, and keep your complete medical history in one private place. The personal health tracker built for longitudinal biomarker trends.
I've got tired of loosing my medical lab reports in emails, clinic portals, forgeting file passwords... so built a MedicalHistory.app to organize medical documents and visualise biomarker trends over years between different clinics. Initially made this for personal use but it got so cool that I decided to make this available for everyone.
Yes, I thought that one Claude prompt can build this :D but then immersed myself for 6+ months understanding medical biomarkers ontology from unit normalisation and conversion, to supporting different lab range formats and other unexpected challenges.
So, yes - your lab report from 5 years ago can finnally have a proper place:)

last year i donated blood 3 times, after the 3rd one my ferritin dropped so low to anemic levels... not dangerous but low enough that i actually wanted to watch it recover instead of just hoping it would. problem was my results were scattered everywhere - one clinic portal, a pdf from another. different labs, different units, couldnt line any of it up. after building initial system i was also curious to include all my lab reports from years ago to have even more medical context in one place.
ferritin's back to normal now, slow climb but it worked, history documented :)
happy to answer anything if curious, please also share your experience about tracking biomarkers
