I thought treatment meant stepping away from work. My IOP looked a lot more like group therapy next to a coworking space.

The article could be a little clearer that the treatment is for mental health. I’m still not sure what the treated conditions are. Is this for burnout, depression, or something else?

thanks, good feedback. You can goto an IOP for any any mental health issue out there but it's almost like "just pick one" because the whole point is to get admitted and be part of the group. That's the killer feature of this whole thing. The 1-1 therapy they also give you trying to solve your official reason why you are there is a little silly IMO. The real reason I'm there is that wisdom of the group thing. It's just amazing how much I thought I would hate group therapy vs how much I love it.
