Author here. Every move this Minecraft PvP bot makes comes from DJev (DiffusionGemma-as-Jev, github.com/mmastrac/djev), which runs Google's open DiffusionGemma-26B-A4B as a decision model: instead of writing text, one forward pass scores every option on a fixed menu.

Each step the bot scores its moves at once (rush, strafe, circle, take cover, build a wall, draw the bow, lay a lava trap, crit, back off) and plays the best one; a small hand-written controller does the aiming and walking.

We serve it on NVIDIA Blackwell GPUs with a custom fast path: ~24 ms per decision in real rounds (the same model on stock vLLM took ~60 ms), close to 40 decisions in a busy second.

The server is open if you want to try: mc.alexzms.com (Java 1.9+). Happy to answer questions about the serving side.
