"US recruiter Caitlin Wehniainen" is a moron. One of the first things I'm asked in many interviews immediately after I arrive is whether I'd like water or some coffee. Granted, most of the time I don't bring anything in with me because I simply don't want to risk spilling it. But judging somebody negatively for bringing their beverage of choice in with them is an indication that they don't really know how to recruit.
