2014.

> Mr Krissler has suggested that "politicians will presumably wear gloves when talking in public" after hearing about his research.

Politicians didn’t actually start using gloves in public. It’s interesting how as experts we very often assume others will change their habits when we showcase a defect or issue in a system. Very often nothing happens. Even during Covid people didn’t use gloves in public

It's clickbait. Making weird predictions get you press.

Take a look at https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_End_of_History_and_the_Las...

Exactly. And there is no need to "Store now, decrypt later". AI can get your fingerprints at $0.05 per image. This is far more dangerous, for everybody.

But Twitter/X desperately wants me to download their app to then make me scan my palm. I'm still locked out for some reason and I'm not a bot. It has been a week and no response from their support.

The Grok AI wants to builds a biometric database of all humans so that even after the apocalypse it will be able to identify and eliminate its own version of John Connor.

Its a shame that Ursula von der Leyen never learned anything from this, and is now trying to force through legislation requiring mandatory age verification for everything (EU Kids Act).
