Basically, it is still my go-to editor when I don't need all the extra features or AI stuff, just simple, fast, minimalist edits.

I use it daily as well. I know enough vim to get around, but not quickly. I never learned emacs. The Javascript/full browser engine editors (VSCode, Atom, et al.) seemed so wasteful, and Sublime did everything I needed otherwise. Except...I still love full Visual Studio for debugging, and perusing large code bases with Intellisense.
