Hi HN, I built this as part of Nokku.ai, a free learning and job-market site.

Most "AI resume" tools I tried happily add metrics and tools you never mentioned ("increased revenue by 40%"). That's the fastest way to get caught out in an interview, so the constraint here is the opposite: the AI may only reword what you wrote.

How that's enforced: - The prompt forbids new employers, dates, numbers, tools or achievements, and bans placeholders like [X%]. - Bullet rewriting must return exactly one output per input bullet in the same order, otherwise the result is rejected rather than shown. - I tested it with deliberately vague bullets ("worked on the website") to check it sharpens the wording without making up results. It isn't perfect, so the UI tells you to read what it produced.

Other details: - ATS-friendly single-column template. I checked the PDF's extracted text and found that letter-spaced headings came out as "SKI L LS", which screening software can misparse, so headings now have no tracking. - PDF export is the browser's print-to-PDF of the live preview: real selectable text, no watermark, matches what you see. - If you've finished one of the free courses on the site, your certificate can be added in one click with a public verification link. - Free, with 20 AI actions a day to keep costs sane. Editing, saving and PDF export aren't limited. You can delete your resume at any time.

You do need a free account so your resume can be saved; I know that's friction for a Show HN. Stack is Next.js, Supabase and gpt-4o-mini for the rewrites.

I'd love feedback on the template and on cases where the AI still embellishes.
