Hmmm. In my firm I just had an evaluation where I was told I spent the most usage on tokens. Some of my colleagues were given praise for this. In my team, it was raised as a red flag.

Very interesting product. You do need something that already knows the regulations and policies and answers fast enough to sit inline before the message goes out.
