So they'll pay a fine. They don't plan to stop being an MLM, which means they will continue to drain the wallets of the vast majority of their people, while pushing a lifestyle that's not achievable (nor even socially or ethically desirable).

If you doubt Amway's power, a key family member was the Secretary of Education! I don't suppose we'll start educating children that all MLMs are scams.
