A TLS handshake is a detailed statement about your software. Chrome offers 15 cipher suites and speaks HTTP/2; Python offers 30 and cannot. Five Chrome handshakes gave five different JA3 hashes and one JA4, which turns out to be the whole reason JA4 exists.
